Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a full-time Food Service role in the Burnet Campus. The department is focused on Patient Feeding with a day shift and 40 hours per week. Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $20.27 per hour, based on experience, skills, and equity.

Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, washing and sanitizing dishes, and maintaining a clean dish room. Regular lifting and standing are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing and sanitation equipment
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, trays, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment
• Collect and transport soiled trays and dishware from service areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room and surrounding work areas
• Sort, stack, and organize clean items for reuse
• Follow food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with waste removal, recycling, and general cleaning duties
• Support other Food Services functions as assigned
