Responsibilities

• Prepares and garnish food for patients, cafeteria, and catering services, following standardized recipes
• Exhibits equipment utilization/safety, organization, and planning of production in food preparation to meet menu expectations
• Follows appropriate menu and production guide for food
• Maintains food temperatures through entire preparation cycle
• Cleans all work spaces, ovens, fryers, grill, steam kettle, refrigerators, and stove following the posted cleaning schedule
• Follows the regulations required by the State, Medicare, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory organization
