Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda Butler Hospital in Oxford, OH is seeking a Cook to join a compassionate, servant-led kitchen team delivering meals for patients and staff under the Chef's supervision. This full-time role offers shift variations and weekend/holiday rotation with pay differentials.

You will assist with food preparation, maintain HACCP standards, and help ensure timely service. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior nutrition/food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience or 1 year in prior TriHealth Nutrition role acceptable in lieu of minimum education.
• Quantity food service preparation

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and presentation of foods for patients, employees, visitors and special functions.
• Assist in maintaining sanitation and HACCP standards in kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete daily paperwork such as cleaning lists, temperature charts, cooler logs, invoices as assigned.
• Prepare necessary volumes of food within time constraints.
