• Cleans kitchen after preparation, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and stores or discards excess food safely.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms neatly and ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed; participates in ordering and receiving of supplies.
