Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Cook at Prisma Health Patewood in Greenville, SC. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM with rotating weekend availability. Previous culinary experience is preferred; fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Prepare and serve meals in a hospital setting, following recipes, portion controls, and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and HACCP compliance while supporting patient and staff dining needs.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety procedures.
