Qualifications

• Minimum cooking, serving and prep experience required.
• Experience in a hospital foodservice environment is a plus.
• Ability to work PM shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality meals according to standardized recipes.
• Serve meals and assist with delivery or service as required.
• Maintain food temperatures, portion control and presentation quality.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of supplies as needed.
• Adhere to HACCP standards and safety policies.
