Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients daily.
• Participate in Pharmacotherapy Consult services, staff development, and targeted drug programs.
• Assess age-specific patient needs while monitoring medication use and orders.
• Perform final check of all ordered medications, including patient-specific medications.
• Manage storage, restock, and both nonsterile and sterile compounded medications.
