Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian Float to provide coverage at Jefferson Health hospitals in the greater Philadelphia area and in Southern New Jersey. This role involves assessing nutritional status, creating individualized plans, counseling patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to apply clinical nutrition best practices.

Qualified candidates should have an RD or RD-eligible status, with at least 1 year of clinical experience and PA

Qualifications

• Must have RD or RD eligible status.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian in Pennsylvania or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and healthy habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement nutrition care protocols.
• Monitor progress and modify nutrition plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with clinical nutrition research and developments.
