Job summary

GRMC Recognized and Certified as is seeking a Nutrition Services employee to manage patient menu selection following nutrition orders and prepare trays for service. You will also document nutrition screen results in the medical record.

The role supports hospital nutrition operations and requires coordination with the dietary team and adherence to dietary guidelines. An associate degree in nutrition is preferred, with BLS certification and hospital experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Food and Nutrition preferred.
• Experience in a hospital-based nutrition department desirable.
• Active Basic Life Support Certification under American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient menu selection using principles of good nutrition and limitations of diet order.
• Responsible for preparing menus for tray service and checking trayline.
• Charts in medical record results of nutrition screens conducted.
