• Participates in on-call rotation, including overnight or weekend shifts.
• Provides religious/spiritual rituals and liaises with faith groups and community resources.
• Demonstrates knowledge of medical ethics, advance care planning, and patient rights; handles ethics consultations.
• Care across diverse settings including hospital, outpatient areas, and homes; focus on safety and quality.
