The role focuses on pastoral care delivery, referrals, and collaboration with clinicians to support holistic patient care.

Requirements include a Theology/M.Div or equivalent, 2 CPE units, and a Washington driver's license, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse

Qualifications

• Graduate of Theology/M.Div or related Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
• Current Washington State Driver’s License and proof of insurability.
• Ability to serve spiritual care needs across diverse beliefs.
• Knowledge and practice of professional ethics in pluralistic environments.
• Training to care for the specific age groups under care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct spiritual care to patients, families and staff.
• Coordinates pastoral care services and referrals per need.
• Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Facilitates access to spiritual care for patients and families as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
