Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial/accounting managerial experience in CAH.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle and track record of success.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to hospital managers, directors, and officers.
• Oversee budgeting, time approvals, staff evaluations, and expense approvals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with system management to develop policies and long-range plans.
• Represent the hospital at board and committee meetings and community events.
