Kindred Hospital Melbourne seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the hospital and ARU operations in Melbourne, FL. You will oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of initiatives across multi-hospital services, ensuring quality, financial sustainability, and patient-centered care.

You will work with regional leadership to align goals, drive performance improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance while sustaining service excellence in a complex healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and approves departmental budgets, revenue projections, capital and operational expenses, staffing levels based on patient acuity.
• Reviews and approves the written scope of services, hospital policies and procedures.
• Directs the coordination and integration of services provided at the hospital.
• Communicates mission, vision and plans with hospital leadership; motivates leaders to implement plans.
• Reviews staffing levels with Administrators to ensure sufficient staffing.
• Ensures employee performance reviews are conducted timely with clear expectations.
• Ensures staff receive orientation, in-service training and continuing education.
• Leads hospital performance improvement plans and strategic/operational planning.
• Directs strategic planning and marketing for a designated hospital with leadership input.
