Job summary

ClearSky Health seeks a Central Supply Manager for its Eau Claire facility, opening in 2026. You will oversee the Central Supply department's operations, including ordering, storage, sterilization, and distribution of hospital supplies and equipment.

You will ensure stock levels across departments, maintain adherence to safety/infection prevention standards, and coordinate with multiple vendors to optimize price and quality. A high school diploma and 2 years of inventory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with supply and warehousing systems.
• Proficient with data entry, word processing, email, and records management.
• Demonstrates critical thinking: identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely with others at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains adequate inventory levels to fulfill hospital needs.
• Ensures stock is rotated and handled per department protocols and standards.
• Receives supplies and processes against purchase orders.
• Maintains documentation, filing and storage of records and requisitions.
• Manages open orders, backorders, and vendor follow-up.
• Conducts cycle counts and periodic inventories.
• Works with multiple vendors to obtain best price and quality.
• Complies with safety and infection prevention standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support organizational effectiveness.
