Job summary

Staffmark Group in Jonesboro, AR is hiring a Hospital Cafeteria Assistant at $13.00 per hour. Shifts include 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM with every other weekend, part-time.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and carts.
• Retrieve soiled trays from patient rooms.
• Clean and maintain kitchen walls and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and empty trash as needed.
• Deliver food trays to patients when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dish room and kitchen.
• Assist in various roles within the dietary department as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to heat, steam, and cold
• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (6+ months)
