Responsibilities

Set up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables and side service stands with hot and cold food items.
Serve food cafeteria style by placing uniform portions of food on customers' plates.
Break down and clean assigned area after meals and return food to the kitchen.
Set up dining room tables for service, place food and beverages on tables, replenish items as necessary.
Return soiled trays and dishes to the dish room after meals.
Assemble and toss fresh fruit or salads with prepared dressings and portions in standard serving sizes.
Operate and break down equipment.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday - 6:00am-2:30pm - 11:00am-7:30pm - and 2 of 3 weekends.
