Forefront Healthcare is seeking a professional Retail Café Lead (Lead Culinary Services Aide) for a NEW hospital near Harlowton, MT. You will ensure high-quality service, assist in menu enhancements, and manage patient, resident, and staff orders for breakfast and lunch.

You will lead daily operations, stock the retail area, handle payments, and train other aides while collaborating with the Director of Culinary Services and Lead Cook. Monday–Friday 7am–3pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital food service operations and maintain high-quality service.
• Assist in training and mentoring other Culinary Services Aides.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the Director of Culinary Services and Lead Cook.
• Drive improvements in the retail dining program focusing on quality and presentation.
• Follow routines for food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing as assigned.
