Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Full-time schedule; AM and PM shifts; weekends and holidays.
• Cashier duties and ability to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Operates Point of Sale system and handles cashier duties.
• Assists the Chef and prepares coffee.
• Keeps coffee and cashier stations clean.
• Prepares foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts, including catering orders.
• Performs general cleaning duties and handles deposits at end of shift.
• Sets up serving line and maintains proper food temperatures; notifies cooks if temps are off.
