Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in pastoral care or related field required.
• Two years ministry experience, with at least one year in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of pastoral care and counseling skills within hospital context.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and spiritual support as requested.
• Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Provide religious/spiritual rituals and liaise with patients' faith groups/leaders and community resources.
• Advise on ethics, organ donation, advance care planning, and patient rights; serve as ethics liaison.
• Deliver care in diverse settings including hospital, outpatient areas, extended care facilities, and homes.
