Job summary

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is actively seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our hospital-based team across multiple locations in Westchester, NY. The physician will manage patients in office, clinical, and hospital settings, including endoscopy procedures.

The ideal candidate is NYS licensed, board-certified in Gastroenterology, with fellowship training and DEA registration. Responsibilities include on-call coverage, education of students and residents, and coordination of care.

Qualifications

• NY licensed, board-certified Gastroenterologist.
• Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Accreditation from ACG/AGA/ASGE.
• Active NYS medical license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• In-Office consults: diagnose and treat patients.
• In-Patient Hospital consults; provide care.
• Perform endoscopy procedures in the Hospital Endoscopy Suite.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled by the Chief.
• Educate medical students and residents.
