The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is recruiting for a per diem clinical research support role based in Boston.

The position involves screening, recruiting, and performing study procedures across ED, inpatient, ICU, and outpatient settings as part of a multidisciplinary clinical research team. Ideal candidates are current students in healthcare-related fields with 0–1 year of experience, strong communication, and a commitment to patient privacy and teamwork.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a healthcare-related degree or diploma; 0–1 year required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in using basic computer software.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Screen, recruit, and perform study procedures in the emergency department, inpatient units, ICUs, endoscopy suites, and/or outpatient facilities.
• Collaborate as part of a clinical research team across multiple hospital settings.
• Rotate between Brigham and Women's Hospital and Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital.
• Occasional overnight coverage and weekend shifts as dictated by study protocols.
