Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Barista at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. The shift runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted at the hospital address.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves espresso drinks and related items.
• Enters orders into POS; handles cash and card payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness of service area.
• Maintains sanitation and proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Greets customers and assists in buying decisions; provides accurate menu explanations.
• Demonstrates friendly, efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
