Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking an RN to identify and enroll patients into Mount Sinai at Home programs, collaborating with ED and hospital teams. The role is on site and integrates into clinical teams across our health system hospitals, coordinating telephonically from office and ensuring correct admission orders and home safety/eligibility.

The successful candidate will have a BSN or RN with a NY license, BCLS certification, and 1+ year of RN experience, with flexibility for day/evening

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current NY RN license.
• BCLS certification from a recognized issuing authority.
• 1+ year RN experience.
• Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and on call.
