Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Hospital A/R Specialist for EHS Patient Accounts in Manchester, NH. You will bill, follow up, and resolve third-party payer claims while ensuring compliant reimbursement.

Responsibilities include submitting UB-04 claims, pursuing outstanding balances, and collaborating with internal teams to fix charge capture and registration issues. A 2+ year billing background is preferred, with a HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and/or equivalent experience of 2+ years in billing.
• Experience handling hospital billing, payer follow-up, and claims resolution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate hospital facility claims (UB-04) using electronic and paper methods.
• Perform account follow-up on outstanding balances to secure reimbursement.
• Assist Denial and Payment Variance teams by researching and resolving denials related to hospital claims.
• Collaborate with coding, revenue integrity, patient access, and clinical departments to resolve issues that impact claim accuracy.
