Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep property in good repair by performing building and grounds maintenance including painting, carpentry, drywall and pool equipment care.
• Prevent breakdowns by performing preventive maintenance, inspections, testing and servicing of machinery and equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep facilities running efficiently.
