Qualifications

• Two years minimum hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
• Familiarity with the intricacies involved in patient admission and confidentiality.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing and patient accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register all incoming patients and their representatives.
• Ensure information required for admission is accurately recorded and processed while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery in a dynamic environment.
