Hospital Administrator | New SPEC/ER Veterinary Hospital - North Carolina

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced veterinary leader to join a brand-new Specialty & Emergency hospital scheduled to open in November 2026.


This state-of-the-art facility has been purpose-built to support exceptional patient care and long-term growth. Launching with a team of 7 veterinarians across Emergency and Surgery, the hospital will span 20,000+ sq. ft., creating significant capacity for future service expansion, team growth, and the addition of specialty departments over time.


This role offers the rare opportunity to help shape a hospital from the ground up. Working closely with the medical leadership team, the Hospital Administrator will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building a high-performing culture, and establishing the systems, processes, and team structure required to support a successful launch and sustained growth.
