True Food Kitchen in El Segundo is hiring servers who bring warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail to every table. You will greet guests, take and enter orders accurately, deliver meals with care, and help maintain a smooth dining room flow.

No previous restaurant experience is required—we train you. We offer a supportive team, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, dining discounts, and benefits such as pet insurance and access to EAP resources.
