Job summary

Yona Solutions in Maplewood, MN is looking for a housekeeper to join our team. You will provide warm, friendly hospitality to residents, visitors, and coworkers while maintaining clean, safe environments across assigned areas.

Experience is not required but preferred. Yona offers a $400 new-hire bonus and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more. Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work independently or with team.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc
• Ability to work independently
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel
• Must provide a criminal background check
• Housekeeping experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Cleans and restocks assigned areas (resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, conference rooms, nurses’ stations, stairwells) per standards
• Maintains work assignment sheets for daily duties in assigned areas
• Follows safe workplace practices according to regulatory guidelines
• Follows departmental cleaning procedures and any additional steps as outlined on the job assignment
• Performs other related duties as assigned
