Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care for patients in their homes and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and families. The RN will work full-time with weekend and after-hours coverage as needed, using clinical expertise and compassion to support patients and their families through the home health/hospice journey.

Applicants must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active GA RN license, CPR, and solid

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN; Georgia license required.
• Two years’ RN experience in clinical care; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice and coping with family emotional stress.

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency; and assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current state license as an RN and current state driver’s license
• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient skill using a computer is required; Microsoft office suite experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles
