Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Colorado hospice team. This weekend schedule covers Friday through Sunday, 10am–10pm, supporting patients in their homes across the region.

As an RN, you will administer skilled nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and assist families in navigating care plans. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic, supportive network.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN.
• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient skill using a computer; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.
