Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to join our patient-focused team. Based in Massachusetts, you will respond to referrals, triage calls, and coordinate nurse visits to initiate hospice care.
You will document in Epic, prioritize patient needs, and collaborate with the weekend Administrator On Call to ensure timely, compassionate care. A Massachusetts RN license and 2–3 years of hospice experience are preferred.

Professional Nurse from a Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years' experience in hospice services. Comprehensive knowledge of hospice regulations. Demonstrates excellent observation and problem solving/critical thinking skills. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; essential computer skills to work with EMR. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Shows strong ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
This job requires frequent bending, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, walking and lifting over 10 lbs. There will be occasional need for climbing stairs, lifting in excess of 50-100 lbs and sitting. Constant use of hearing, sight and speech. Frequent use of smell and touch. Frequent keyboard and telephone use. Constant concentration and problem solving.
$37.00 - $80.00 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
