Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking a Hospice State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our Toledo area team. This full-time position offers diverse cases and the chance to provide compassionate in-home care with a hospital-grade platform and strong management support.

You will be expected to travel to patient homes, maintain CPR and STNA certifications, and demonstrate excellent time management and customer service skills in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Current STNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• TB test within the last year.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.
• Exceptional time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes in the Toledo area.
• Utilize knowledge and judgment to deliver appropriate treatment and comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
