As the Social Worker – Hospice Per Diem, you will provide medical social services under the direction of a physician and the Interdisciplinary Group to aid in understanding significant social and emotional factors related to the patient’s health status and to develop coping mechanisms.
Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $30.35 to $45.50 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
