Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Current LMSW license in South Carolina.
- 1 year healthcare setting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess psychosocial needs and develop care interventions.
- Provide counseling, emotional support, and crisis intervention.
- Advocate for patients and families across healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care plans.
- Coordinate referrals to community resources and services.
- Complete assessments and regulatory required documentation.
- Assist with resource coordination through agencies as needed.
- Address concerns promptly with professional customer service.
- Participate in on-call social work consultation.
