Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with required clinical internship.
• CCC-ASHA credential or eligibility.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and home visits to assess speech and communication needs.
• Create individualized plans of care to improve or maintain communication abilities.
• Administer speech therapy programs with appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
