Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team in southeast Broward County. This part-time role supports the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

You will collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate daily operations, provide leadership in QAPI activities, conduct supervisory visits, and serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida Registered Nurse license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR software or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate daily team operations.
• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
• Conduct supervisory visits and support quality and compliance initiatives.
