Job summary

VNA Care in the Canton area is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse for per diem home care. You will assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and support families through end-of-life care.

Compensation based on experience: $360.00-$376.00 per day for an 8-hour shift, with evening and weekend differentials. Must have at least one year in acute care, hospice experience; oncology/home care preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required.
• Minimum of one year Oncology and home care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year Hospice experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop care plans.
• Implement care plans and ensure comfort and quality of life.
• Provide end-of-life care to patients and support to families.
