Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Tupelo, Mississippi is seeking a skilled registered nurse to coordinate patient care in the home setting, assess patient and family needs, and implement the interdisciplinary care plan. You will provide care per physician orders and the plan of care, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

A valid RN license and at least one year of home health or hospice experience are preferred.

Education And Experience, Preferred

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
