Vitality Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (Full-Time) to support patients and families on the road, delivering compassionate hospice care during on-call shifts. The role requires excellent communication, clinical skills, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Formación

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year RN experience; hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Position Details – Full Time On-Call RN:

• 48-hour weekend on-call shift
• Four on-call weeknights (Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

What We're Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Minimum of one year RN experience (hospice experience preferred but not required)
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
