Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in Virginia. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, quality care.

This role offers professional development and a supportive leadership team to help you grow within the organization. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of nursing experience in clinical settings, hospice experience preferred, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
