Job summary

BAYADA at Inspira Hospice is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in West Deptford, New Jersey. This per-visit hospice opportunity serves clients across Salem, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties, delivering palliative care at home.

As an RN on the hospice team, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to ensure comfort, symptom management, and high-quality care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Jersey (state license required).
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Willingness to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs and home visit schedule.
• Perform administration of medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and patient observations accurately.
• Coordinate case management and ensure care continuity across visits.
