Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our Harriman, TN team, providing patient-centered care in a hospice setting. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, one-on-one patient interactions in Morgan, Roane, and surrounding areas.

The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supporting families and ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create hospice care plans that align with the patients wishes and goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch
