Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Hospice RN to join the interdisciplinary team, providing skilled nursing assessment, care planning, and patient/family support to maximize comfort and quality of life. The role operates in the Day Shift at our Hospice CHAH department in Missouri, with standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active Missouri RN license, a minimum of one year of recent nursing experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to hospice patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to maximize comfort and quality of life.
• Follow hospice policies and procedures and ensure patient safety.
