UnitedHealth Group, through its Amedisys home health and hospice services, is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse. You will assess patients, coordinate plans of care, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with the clinical team.

This on-site full-time role offers a salary range from $71,640 to $107,460 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, equity stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contributions.

Formación

• Current RN license (state-specific)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Performs initial nursing assessment on new admissions
• Completes and revises the plan of care with the care team
• Communicates patient progress to clinical manager and team
• Maintains individualized patient care progress records
• Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes
• Educates families on patient condition and needs
• Refers to other hospice disciplines as needed
• Performs on-call responsibilities as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
