Formación

• Current licensure to practice in Tennessee.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
• Preferred experience in hospice or a similar setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patient's physical and emotional needs.
• Create individualized hospice care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide pain management and symptom control.
• Educate patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain documentation accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
