Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Racine, WI. You will support patients and families, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and provide compassionate, client-centered hospice services.

The role emphasizes building relationships, education for caregivers, and delivering comfort and dignity in home-based care settings. A valid RN license and hospice experience are preferred but not required for entry-level, with competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

  • RN license in the state you work.
  • Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Current CPR and BCLS certification.
