Job summary

Hospice Services of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to plan, organize, and direct hospice care for patients and their families. This on-the-road role requires a driver's license and a reliable vehicle, with travel throughout Plymouth County and portions of the Cape.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess an active and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• Prior hospice experience preferred.

Full-time and part-time Hospice RN Case Managers

Company: Hospice Services of Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our hospice team. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct hospice care for our patients and their families.

Up to $51 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay.

This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have a driver's license and an insured and reliable vehicle. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Plymouth County and portions of the Cape.
