Job summary

Calvary Hospital in Westchester is seeking an attentive registered nurse to assist in planning, implementing, documenting, and coordinating care for hospice patients and their families within a compassionate, family-oriented setting.

Qualifications include a NY RN license, 2 years nursing experience (medical-surgical, oncological, palliative or home health/hospice) and pride in delivering holistic end-of-life care. Hospice/home health experience preferred; NY Driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Permit.
• Two years' nursing experience including medical-surgical, oncological, palliative or home health/hospice.
• One year of community hospice or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, document, and coordinate patient care for hospice patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Assists in the planning, implementation, documentation and coordination of patient care services to Hospice patients and their families.

Location :Westchester

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Salary:$113,576.52 - $140,076.61/annually

Qualifications:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Permit.
• Two (2) years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice.
• At least one (1) year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• NYS driver’s license preferred.

Education:

• BSN from an accredited school is Preferred.
