AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team serving Towson, Timonium, Sparks, Parkton and nearby areas. The role offers $90,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, and a Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shift schedule.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, develop care plans with patients and families, coordinate with physicians, and participate in on‑call rotations as needed while benefiting from AccentCare’s supportive environment and comprehensive

Formación

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
